Locate a lost mobile device

If a user reports a missing mobile device, use the N-able N-central tracking to locate it. When tracking is enabled, the device reports its GPS location and reports to N-able N-central. You can then view the location of the device on a map.

  1. Click ViewsAll Devices and click the Mobile Devices tab.
  2. Select the check box next to the devices you want to locate and click Show Location.

An interactive map appears and displays the location of the selected mobile devices. Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
