Track the location of mobile devices

You can locate a mobile device within N-able N-central. In the event that a user loses their mobile device, using N-able N-central tracking, you can pinpoint its location. To do this, you need to enable tracking of the device within N-able N-central.

1. Click Views > All Devices and click the Mobile Devices tab.
2. Select the check box next to the devices that you want to track.
3. Click Tracking, then Enable.

You will now be able to use the Show Location feature to determine the location of a mobile device.

Mobile device users may disable location tracking directly on the device itself which will prevent N-able N-central from tracking the device even if you enable the feature.
