Service Availability report

The Service Availability report provides insights into the operational status and uptime of services running on one or more customer's managed devices over a specific period of time. It helps monitor and measure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical services.

To generate a Service Availability report

  1. Go to Analytics > Dashboard > Reports.

  2. Select the Service Availability report.

  3. Select the report criteria:

    Customer name: Select the customer for the report.

    Dates: Select the date range for the reporting period.

    Device class: Select one or more of the device classes available to include in the report to limit the report to only specific device classes. All devices classes is the default.

    Device name: Select one or more devices to include in the report. All devices should be selected by default

    Service name: The name of the service(s) to report on.

  4. Click the Export button and select the report format. Click Schedule and Send to send the report later.
