Schedule and send paginated reports

Scheduling reports lets you automate the process of creating and sharing reports with stakeholders on a regular basis. By setting up a schedule, you ensure that the right people get the latest information without any manual effort, keeping everyone informed and in sync with the most current data insights.

  1. Go to Analytics > Dashboard > Reports.

  2. Select the report.

  3. From the Schedule and Send drop-down, select Add new.

  4. Enter the requested information:

    1. Select the format for the report.

    2. Select Password protected .zip file and enter a password if you want to make the report password protected. (optional)

    3. Enter the recipient email addresses and enter you email title and message.

    4. Select the schedule details.

  5. Click Save.
