A customer you are managing may at some point be rebranded, change its name or become acquired or reorganize. Should this happen, you will need to change the name of the SO in N-able N-central.
If you are on a hosted servers (NCOD), you will not have access to the system level and will not be able to re-name your Service Organization. Contact Technical Support for assistance.
At the System level, click Administration > Service Organizations.
Click the name of the Service Organization to rename.
In the Customer Name field, remove
the current name and type the new name.
