Update tickets using the Device Details screen

The Device Details view provides a "single pane of glass" view of the health of a device. From this window, you can quickly get an overview of the device's components, active issues and other system information.

Update a ticket in N-able N-central to change the details of an existing ticket for a customer's device.

You can assign multiple users to an existing ticket (for those integrations that support this).

You cannot update or view Tigerpaw tickets in N-able N-central.

  1. Click ViewsAll Devices.
  2. Click the name of a device.
  3. In the Recent Tickets (Last 3 Days) pane, under the Ticket Action column, click Update for the issue that appears.
  4. Update the information as necessary and click OK.

    You can also change the ticket Status and the Assigned Users by clicking directly on these for a given ticket, or by doing the same in the Last 5 Tickets Created For This Device view under the Tickets drop-down arrow.

N-able N-central updates the ticket information for the device.
