Clone HaloPSA Ticketing Recipient
You can duplicate an existing Ticketing Recipient in N-central, but you must give it a unique name because no two Ticketing Recipients can share the same name.
- In the navigation pane, select Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing.
- Select the
icon in the Action column for the Ticketing Recipient Profile that you want to clone. - Enter the unique Name to identify the Ticket Recipient.
- Provide a Description for additional information about the Ticketing Recipient.
- Select Save your changes.
