Clone HaloPSA Ticketing Recipient

You can duplicate an existing Ticketing Recipient in N-central, but you must give it a unique name because no two Ticketing Recipients can share the same name.

  1. In the navigation pane, select Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing.
  2. Select the icon in the Action column for the Ticketing Recipient Profile that you want to clone.
  3. Enter the unique Name to identify the Ticket Recipient.
  4. Provide a Description for additional information about the Ticketing Recipient.
  5. Select Save your changes.
