Choose Customers for the Custom PSA integration

Select the customers and sites that will integrate the custom PSA. Only the customers enabled on this page will be affected by integration actions.

  1. Click Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Settings.
  2. Click Enable All to select all customers.
  3. To select individual customers, move the sliders to On.
  4. Click Save.

The selected customers can now generate tickets in your PSA software. You can now configure custom PSA Ticketing Recipients for either email delivery or API delivery of tickets.
