Map device classes for ConnectWise Manage

Following the ConnectWise Manage PSA Integration Checklist, this is the third of six steps to integrate N-able N-central with ConnectWise Manage using the PSA Configuration feature in N-able N-central.

You will need to create a new set of mappings, then provide a name and description and specify the customers to which these mappings will apply. Device Class mapping can be configured in multiple configurations to suit specific requirements and situations.

The Managed Server and Managed Workstation device classes in N-able N-central must be mapped with the Managed Server and Managed Workstation configuration types in ConnectWise Manage in order to avoid duplicate entries.
