Add a date custom property for a customer

Create a date custom property to store customer or site-specific information, including warranty dates, renewal dates, or other time-based values, for use in filters, rules, or reporting.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to AdministrationCustom Properties.

  2. Select AddBy CustomersDate Type.
    Date type
  3. Enter a descriptive Property Name.
  4. Select the Default Date, if required.
  5. Select the Customers and Sites the new choice list applies to.
  6. Choose how the property should propagate to new Service Organizations, Customers, or Sites.
  7. Select Save.

The custom property is automatically applied to the selected customers and sites. If required, you can change the value of the property later for individual service organizations, customers, or sites.
