Upgrade AV Defender on a device

On a regular basis, BitDefender will issue an upgrade for AV Defender engine. If you have many devices to upgrade, you can use maintenance windows. If you only need to upgrade a single or few devices, you can do this at the device level.

1. Click Views > All Devices.
2. Click the check boxes for all devices you want to update.
3. Click Update Monitoring Software.
4. Click the check box for Upgrade AV Defender Product Now.
5. Click Save.

If Upgrade AV Defender Product Now is grayed out, there are no new versions available for upgrade.

N-able N-central updates the AV Defender engine to the most recent version supported by the device operating system.
