Description
- The Service Availability report provides a summary of the availability of the network infrastructure and business services over the reporting period. This report is multi-customer enabled. To select multiple customers, press and hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each customer that you want to select.

It should be noted that this report does not look at the status of "Warning" or "Disconnected". If the device was disconnected for 12 hours of the day, it is still reported as 100% uptime. Only when the service transitions to failed is the calculation done.
