Importing Customers into MSP Manager from N-central

Description

This article describes the specifics of what is required to import your already existing customers directly into MSP Manager from N-central.

Environment

• This applies to N-able N-central 10.1 and above.

Solution

1. Login to MSP Manager and select the "Gear" in the top right of your browser:
2. Select "Account Settings."
3. From the left side menu, select "Integrations:"
4. Click "Configure" button under N-central.
5. Select "Add N-central Credentials:"
6. Input your N-central SO Admin username, password, and your N-central URL:
7. Save the credentials, then select "Important Customers From N-central."
8. Choose the customers you want to import.

Customer list will be added to MSP Manager account in the 'Customers' tab.
