• This article describes a way to create a block of hours that will expire after a certain time.

Environment

• MSP Manager

Solution

1. Navigate to Settings > Billing & Financial > Service Plans > Add Service Plan and select Service Type = Hour Retainer.
2. Fill out the necessary fields.
3. Under the Retainer Period Field, select "Quarterly" - every 3 months.
