Cannot Uninstall PSA integration: There were errors while trying to process your request: Uninstall PSA failed.

Description

  • Within the N-sight RMM:
    • Click on Settings > PSA Integration.
    • Select Uninstall and enter password.
    • ERROR: 'There were errors while trying to process your request: Uninstall PSA failed' is displayed
  • Customer has had their MSP Manager instance deleted

Environment

  • N-sight RMM
  • MSP Manager

Solution

  • The MSP Manager instance has been removed, while PSA integration was still intact.
  • Therefore, when the RM dashboard attempts to unlink it cannot reach locate the MSP Manager account
  • Gather relevant information and raise to Application Engineers
