MSP Manager Troubleshooting
Cannot Uninstall PSA integration: There were errors while trying to process your request: Uninstall PSA failed.

Description
- Within the N-sight RMM:
- Click on Settings > PSA Integration.
- Select Uninstall and enter password.
- ERROR: 'There were errors while trying to process your request: Uninstall PSA failed' is displayed
- Customer has had their MSP Manager instance deleted
Environment
- N-sight RMM
- MSP Manager
Solution
- The MSP Manager instance has been removed, while PSA integration was still intact.
- Therefore, when the RM dashboard attempts to unlink it cannot reach locate the MSP Manager account
- Gather relevant information and raise to Application Engineers
