Take Control: How to generate audit devices reports

Description

• How to create an audit report on an Agent through Take Control?

Environment

• N-able Take Control Plus.

Solution

1. Ensure the intended devices have monitoring enabled. For more information, see Take Control (Standalone): How to enable Monitoring for a device.
2. Login to your Admin Area.
3. Open the Devices menu (left pane).
4. Mark the check-boxes corresponding to the intended devices from the list.
5. Select Monitoring Report on the top right corner.
6. Choose the intended report type from the presented list.
7. Fill out the E-mail To field.
8. Click on Generate.
9. The report will be sent to the email address provided in step 7 and can also be consulted under Reports > Audits, once completed.
