Take Control (Standalone): Agent does not download on chrome

Description

• Nothing happens when clicking the plus icon on the Admin Area to download the agent installer.
• How to allow Take Control agent to download through the admin area?

Environment

• N-able Take Control/Take Control Plus (Standalone)
• Google Chrome

Solution

• If Chrome is set to block pop-ups for the Admin Area, it won't allow the download of the Agent installer;
• Enable pop ups on Google Chrome as per the following article.
