- During Take Control (TeamViewer) session unable to type into end users device
Environment
- N-sight RMM
- Take Control (TeamViewer)
Solution
- On device running Take Control (TeamViewer) Viewer
- Open Take Control (TeamViewer) Viewer
- Select Extras
- Select Options
- Select Advanced
- Select Show advanced options
- Scroll down to heading "Advanced settings for connections to other computers"
- Select the drop-down for Access Control
- Select Full Access
- Click OK
- On host device
- Right-click the TeamViewer system tray icon
- Select Options
- Select Advanced
- Select Show advanced options
- Scroll down to heading "Advanced settings for connections to this computer"
- Select that the drop-down for Access Control
- Select Full Access
- Click OK
