Description

This article details where you can check the session history and view the session recordings.

Environment

N-able Take Control (Standalone)

Solution

1. Log in to the Admin Area or click on the Admin area link on the Tech console.
2. Go to Reports > Session History and select the session from the list.
3. Upon clicking on the session, you can see the session recordings on the Video tab or on the Remote System where a transcript of when the recording started.
