Enforce Outgoing TLS Encryption
SpamExperts fully supports incoming connections protected using TLS. Deliveries are always made over TLS when supported by the destination mail server (opportunistic TLS). As a result, email is securely transmitted where possible.
If you want to enforce outgoing TLS, this needs to be set up explicitly by our team.
When you contact support, please provide answers to the following questions:
- Which outbound filtered domain(s) should the enforcement be made for?
- Should TLS be enforced between the sending server and the SpamExperts servers? If so:
- Which Outgoing User/Authentication method should this be applied to?
- Should TLS be enforced between the SpamExperts servers and the final destination server? If so:
- Which Outgoing User/Authentication method should this be applied to?
Once we have the answers to the above, this can be configured. For information on configuring TLS encryption for Incoming Filtering, see the Enforce Incoming TLS Encryption page.
