Spam Experts billing has been migrated to a new system. This change is part of ongoing efforts to streamline processes and enhance overall experience.
Payments through Paypal and Stripe are no longer supported.
Our preferred payment method is via Direct Debit, in which payments are automatically drawn from your bank account on the due date. You can also choose to pay by Credit Card.
Update Payment Details & Enable Automatic Payments
To update payment details or setup automatic payments:
- Log-in to NableMe
- Navigate to My Account > Billing
- Select Payment Method
- Click Add Account in the Bank Direct Debit tab or Add Card in the Credit Cards tab
- Enter the details for your bank account or credit card when prompted
- Save the banking details
To set up automatic payments, navigate to the Bank Direct Debit tab or Credit Cards tab and click the Automatic Payment is turned on for Bank Direct Debit/Credit Cards toggle.
Pay Invoice
To pay an outstanding invoice:
- Log-in to NableMe
- Navigate to My Account > Billing
- Select Outstanding Invoices
- Find the invoice to pay and click the ... icon to open the action menu
- Select Pay Invoice Due Amount
- Follow the Pay Now link to complete payment
Billing contact
As you may not be directly responsible for making the payments, you can now ensure that your billing contact is added to your account as well as having permissions to log-in, view, and pay the open invoices.
To manage billing contact details:
- Log into https://my.spamexperts.com
- Select Client Area > Manage Contacts
In this page you can define:
- Who in your organization should receive the various email types
- Whether these users should also have a sub-account with log in rights and which rights they should be assigned - so that they can manage your products or view and pay invoices
