Using our Addons

View Control Panel API Calls access is required in order to use any of our addons.

Hosted Cloud

The API credentials are your Admin (or relevant sub-admin) email address and password used to log in to your client area.

The configuration details for our Hosted Cloud are:

  • Control Panel URL - https://api.antispamcloud.com (or your custom hostname if you have private branding set up)
  • API Hostname - api.antispamcloud.com
  • API Username - your email address
  • API Password - the password set for my.spamexperts.com/login.antispamcloud.com

If you do not have customised branding on the Hosted Cloud solution or if your custom MX records are not set up, you can use the following hostnames:

  • Primary MX - mx.spamexperts.com
  • Secondary MX - fallbackmx.spamexperts.eu
  • Third MX - lastmx.spamexperts.net

When you have finished setting this up, you can start using the addon.

Local Cloud

The configuration details for the Local Cloud are:

  • Control Panel URL - https://primary.hostname
  • API Hostname - primary.hostname
  • API Username - your Administrator Username *
  • API Password - the password you've set for the above user

* The API Username should be a user with access to the Control Panel API, such as an Admin. You should not use the Super-Admin or a Software API user.

We recommend that you perform the following actions:

  1. Add an Admin account via the web interface or API for each server
  2. Transfer the domains to each Admin - required only if the domains are not already assigned to the Admin accounts
  3. Use the Admin accounts to manage your domains

When you have finished setting this up, you can start using the addon.
