SMTP Authentication Block list/Brute-force Block list
To help prevent brute force attacks, SpamExperts has added a delay between failed login attempts.
If users have an incorrect server configuration, they may be locked out of their account and unable to log back in again. If this happens, the server's IP address is added to Outgoing > SMTP Authentication Block list.
To allow access again, login to SpamExperts as a Super-Admin user, and remove the IP from Outgoing > SMTP Authentication Block list by clicking the downward arrow to the left of the User column then clicking Remove.
We only recommend removing the IP after they have fixed their authentication issue, or risk being blocked again.
IP addresses cannot be added here manually.
