How do I Upgrade or Downgrade my Reseller package?

To upgrade or downgrade your Spam Experts system, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log into your account from https://my.spamexperts.com/
  2. Click on My Products at the top left of your screen to display all your orders
  3. Select the one you wish to modify

    4. You will be redirected to the Client Area, under the My Services menu

  4. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button

    5. You are presented with the Upgrade/Downgrade screen:

  5. Configure your package as required
  6. Click on the Click to Continue button to confirm the order

    7. Your billing information is automatically adjusted.
