It is possible to restrict archiving to specific mailboxes. This allows for enabling of Archiving on a mailbox by mailbox basis. To do this:
- Log in to Spam Experts as an Admin or Domain user
- In the Domain Level Control Panel, select General > Mailboxes Configuration
- Open the Mailboxes tab
- Search for the mailbox(es) using the Query Rules panel
- Click on the dropdown to the left of the mailbox and select Edit
- In the Edit mailbox dialog, expand the Archiving enabled panel and choose from:
- Yes
- No
- Use recommended - this option uses the configured setting for archiving set in the Configuration Tab
- Click Save
