Before you Add the Domain to Spam Experts you must ensure your domain already exists in Google Workspace.
If your domain does not exist in Google Workspace before you add it to Spam Experts, Gmail MX record activation may fail later in the configuration process.
- To add your primary domain in Google Workspace, you should have:
- Signed in to the Google Workspace Admin Console with your domain email ID and password. (You will use this account to configure the domain later, as described in Configure Google Workspace Domain's Advanced Settings).
- Verified your ownership of the domain using a .TXT record in the Google Workspace Admin Console. For instructions on how to do this, see the documentation provided on the Google Workspace website.
