Adding a Knowledge Base Article to the User Portal

  1. In the Categories panel, click on the category in which you want to place your article. All articles created under that category are listed in the main window.
  2. Click on the New Article button to open the dialog:
  3. Complete details as required.
Note - in the Lock dropdown you can choose to inherit the Lock settings as set up for the Category by selecting inherit. Otherwise you can select from the list available, who you want to access this particular article.
