Products and Invoicing

The Products and Invoicing section, accessible from Settings - Products and Invoicing, allows you to configure the following:

  • Invoices - You can add, edit and delete customer invoices from here
  • Contracts - Set up customer contract information
  • Rate cards and Billing - Allows you to configure time billing options available for selection when your Staff Agents are working on a ticket. You can add, edit and delete Rate Cards and assign to your customers as required. See Rate Cards and Billing
  • Inventory - Record an inventory of products you hold in stock that may need to be used on-site and billed to customers. See Inventory
