While out on a visit you can access Service Desk tickets with the mobile app.
- Tap on the Tickets icon in the bottom navigation bar. Your default view (as set up in the Service Desk web app) is displayed:
- Use the Search for Tickets and Customers or the Filter by option in the top navigation bar menu to choose from the following filters:
- Also in the menu you can use the Sort by option to select how you would like the listed tickets sorted.
- Tap on a ticket to view details. For more information, see View Ticket Details.
