Start Time Tracking on a Ticket
- Open the relevant ticket to view the ticket details page and tap on the time tracking icon
at the top of the page:
- The Tracking page is displayed.
- Tap on the start icon
to start tracking. The app calculates the time spent on the ticket until you stop tracking.
- To stop tracking, tap on pause
then tap on
to save.
- Change the default Summary, Rate applied and On behalf of email address as required and click on Save.
The Add time page is then displayed with defaults added:
The time entry is saved against the ticket.
