Start Time Tracking on a Ticket

  1. Open the relevant ticket to view the ticket details page and tap on the time tracking icon at the top of the page:
  2. The Tracking page is displayed.
  3. Tap on the start icon to start tracking. The app calculates the time spent on the ticket until you stop tracking.
  4. To stop tracking, tap on pause then tap on to save.
  5. The Add time page is then displayed with defaults added:

  6. Change the default Summary, Rate applied and On behalf of email address as required and click on Save.
  7. The time entry is saved against the ticket.
