Create Site Visit from Ticket

You can create a site visit from a ticket:

1. Open the relevant ticket to view the ticket details page.
2. Tap to display the menu in the top navigation bar and select Make site visit:



3. A site visit is created using the ticket details entered, and is listed in the Site Visits page.
