View Tickets

While out on a visit you can access Service Desk tickets with the mobile app.

  1. Tap on Tickets in the navigation menu in the header bar.
  2. All unresolved tickets are displayed:
  3. You can search for a particular ticket ( Search for Ticket), or use the Filter by option in the top menu to choose from the following filters:
  4. You can also use the Sort by option to select how you would like the listed tickets sorted i.e. by Ticket priority, by Raised by date or by Customer A to Z.
  5. Tap on a ticket to view details. For more information, see View Ticket Details.
Tip - You can view a ticket associated with a site visit from the Site Visits - Ticket tab.
