Access and manage your customer tickets while on a site visit and add new information when needed.

Select Tickets from the navigation menu in the header bar:

Each ticket listing contains the following:

On the Tickets page you can:

  • View Tickets - Filter what tickets are displayed by choosing the view you need - and sort as necessary
  • Search for Ticket - Search for a ticket by ticket description or ID
  • View Ticket Details - View and edit your ticket details and add a time entry if needed
  • Create New Ticket - Create new tickets - now or schedule for creation at a later date
  • Edit Ticket - Make changes to tickets as required
