Tickets
Access and manage your customer tickets while on a site visit and add new information when needed.
Select Tickets from the navigation menu in the header bar:
The Tickets page is displayed showing all Unresolved tickets by default:
Each ticket listing contains the following:
On the Tickets page you can:
- View Tickets - Filter what tickets are displayed by choosing the view you need - and sort as necessary
- Search for Ticket - Search for a ticket by ticket description or ID
- View Ticket Details - View and edit your ticket details and add a time entry if needed
- Create New Ticket - Create new tickets - now or schedule for creation at a later date
- Edit Ticket - Make changes to tickets as required
