Tickets Tab

The Customer - Tickets tab lists all tickets raised for this customer and allows you to view and edit existing ticket details and add new tickets.

In each ticket listing you can:

  • Tap on a ticket to open in the Tickets facility allowing you to Edit Ticket, Time Tracking, change the ticket status, add tasks etc. See Tickets for information on how to use all of the features available.
  • Tap on the star to mark as important - for future filtering purposes
  • Tap on the menu to display the following options:
    • Convert ticket to site visit
    • Edit ticket
  • Tap on the responses icon to show ticket responses - and add new if required
