The Ticket tab opens the site visit ticket which is automatically created when creating the site visit:
From this page you can:
- Update the site visit ticket status by tapping on the tick button and choosing from: Open, Closed, On hold, Close with signature (add a digital signature when closing the ticket).
- View the ticket details from the default Details section by tapping on the Details icon in the bottom navigation bar (this is displayed by default when you first open the site visit).
- View and add tasks to the ticket by tapping on the Tasks icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- View and add responses to the ticket by tapping on the Responses icon.
