The Service Desk Dashboard provides a quick and user-friendly way for you to get a concise view of outstanding tickets, access different Ticket Queues, view any running timers and view your schedule for the day - all in one page.

Information displayed in the Dashboard is dependent on whether Staff Agents are given admin access. If not, a more limited set of information is available e.g. graphical statistics at top of page are only available to those with admin access enabled. Go to Settings - Staff - Agents to set up access options and see Staff Agents for more information.
