Creating a New View

You can create a new view so you can quickly access site visit schedule details for specific staff members over a defined period.

All custom views you create are listed in the My saved views section of the Views panel.

  1. Click on New view at the top right of the Schedule page.
  2. The New view page is displayed.
  3. In the View name field enter a name for this view.
  4. Enable the Use as default view option if you want this to be your default view when you access the Schedule page.
  5. In the Initial layout section, choose from the view periods available: Month, Week or Day.
  6. In the Staff Agents section select the Staff Agents for whom you want to see schedule information.
  7. When finished, click on Save view - the view is added to your list of saved views and the new view is displayed in the Schedule page.
