Converting a Ticket into a Site Visit

  1. Open the relevant ticket.
  2. Select Convert to site visit from the Options dropdown to open the Convert to site visit confirmation dialog.
  3. On confirmation, all in-flight Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be removed from the ticket and the ticket will no longer be listed on the Self-serve User Portal.

  4. Click on Create a new site visit if you want to specify a date and time for the site visit other than now. If you want the site visit to be created right now, click on Convert.
