Staff Report

The Staff Report displays all Staff Agents in the system - and in particular their email address, their cost P/Hour and what notifications they have set up for new tickets.

  1. Click on the Reporting icon in the Navigation panel and, from the report list, click on Report Builder.
  2. The Report Builder pages are displayed.

  3. Click to open the Staff tab:
  4. From the Order by dropdown choose whether you want your report data to be ordered by Staff Agent Name or Email Address.
  5. To run the report, click on Run Report - the report is displayed in a new panel at the bottom of the same page.
