Replace Service Desk API Key in RMM
If the Service Desk API key has changed, to ensure that the Service Desk and Remote Management & Monitoring integration is maintained, you must add the new Service Desk key to Remote Management & Monitoring.
- In the RMM Dashboard, go to Settings - PSA Integration - Update Service Desk API Key.
- Enter the new Service Desk API key.
- Enter your password to confirm and click OK.
