Replace Service Desk API Key in RMM

If the Service Desk API key has changed, to ensure that the Service Desk and Remote Management & Monitoring integration is maintained, you must add the new Service Desk key to Remote Management & Monitoring.

The new Service Desk API key must be provided by the Support team - it cannot be 'generated' in the UI.
  1. In the RMM Dashboard, go to Settings - PSA Integration - Update Service Desk API Key.
  2. Enter the new Service Desk API key.
  3. Enter your password to confirm and click OK.
DO NOT enter the Remote Management & Monitoring API key here. If you do, the integration will stop working. For information on the difference between the Remote Management & Monitoring and Service Desk API keys, see Service Desk and Remote Management & Monitoring API Keys.
