Generate New Ticket from RMM Outage

You may need to generate a Service Desk ticket manually from an outage.

There are two ways in which you can do this.

From the Outages tab:

  1. Click on the link in the PSA Ticket column and select Open from the PSA Ticket Actions dropdown or by right-clicking on the check.

From the Checks tab:

  1. Click on the link in the More Information column to open the More Information... dialog and click on the Current Outage tab.
  2. Click on Open Now.
