Environment

  • Risk Intelligence (Standalone)
  • Windows Operating Systems

Solution

  • If Risk Intelligence isn't detecting proxy settings automatically, use the -x parameter to specify the settings. For example:
    • iscanruntime_XXXXXX_.exe -x 192.168.1.20:8080
  • Ensure that any firewall allows HTTPS traffic to:
    • 54.164.53.201
    • https://us.ri.logicnow.com
    • https app.ri.logicnow.com
