Solution
- If Risk Intelligence isn't detecting proxy settings automatically, use the -x parameter to specify the settings. For example:
- iscanruntime_XXXXXX_.exe -x 192.168.1.20:8080
- Ensure that any firewall allows HTTPS traffic to:
- 54.164.53.201
- https://us.ri.logicnow.com
- https app.ri.logicnow.com
