How to free up licences no longer in use in Risk Intelligence?

Description

• Under View and Manage > Organizations > (Organization) > Billing
• The maximum number of licences available have been used
• How can licences that are no longer in use be freed up?

Environment

• Risk Intelligence (Standalone)

Solution

In Risk Intelligence:

1. Click View and Manage in the navigation section.
2. Select Devices Scanned.
3. Tick the check box beside any old/ no longer required devices.
4. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page.
5. Click OK.
