Ticketing

Step 1 of the MSP Manager setup wizard helps you set up the automatic ticket creation for servers and workstations.

If Auto-create tickets is turned on for servers or for workstations, the system generates a ticket when a check fails or device outage is reported in N-sight RMM.

Set up the automatic ticket creation

  1. Use the Auto-create tickets sliders to turn automatic ticket creation on or off.
