Requested operation requires elevation

This message appears when the operating system has User Account Control (UAC) enabled and you try to install or access the Windows Agent without administrative privileges.

Solution

Run the Windows Agent or installer with administrative privileges:

• During installation:
  1. Select Run as Administrator.
  2. Right-click the Advanced Monitoring Agent executable.
• After installation or during access:
  1. Open the programs list.
  2. Right-click the Advanced Monitoring Agent.
  3. Select Run as Administrator.

If the error appears after the initial installation stage or when accessing the agent, repeat the steps above.
