Customize the blank screen feature in the Take Control Viewer
Customize what your customers see during a support session when you use the Blank Screen feature.

During a remote support session from within the Take Control Viewer, select the Remote Desktop tab, click on the Commands menu and select Show Blank Screen with Message.

Also from within the Viewer, you can configure and customize the blank screen options by clicking on the Preferences menu and selecting Configure Custom Blank Screen.
