Customize the blank screen feature in the Take Control Viewer

Customize what your customers see during a support session when you use the Blank Screen feature.

  • During a remote support session from within the Take Control Viewer, select the Remote Desktop tab, click on the Commands menu and select Show Blank Screen with Message.

  • Also from within the Viewer, you can configure and customize the blank screen options by clicking on the Preferences menu and selecting Configure Custom Blank Screen.

    • From the customization menu, select the settings you want in order to customize your blank screen
