Select Recording Location

The Take Control (N-able) Windows Viewer enables you to store your session recordings. These sessions recordings are in the FLV format. The media player requires an FLV codec to playback the recordings.

To select a custom recording location when in the Viewer:

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right of the Take Control (N-able) Viewer
2. Choose Custom to change (or Default for the standard location)
3. If you selected Custom, navigate to the target folder for recordings
4. Click OK
