Record Time spent on an outage against the Service Desk Ticket

The length of time spent working on an outage can be recorded via the Time tab. Simply select Add Time, choose whether the Time is billable, enter a Summary then from the relevant drop-downs highlight the Date, Start Time and End Time (available in fifteen minute increments) for the time entry.

Once completed Save to update this information both on the Dashboard and Service Desk Ticket with both showing the Total Hours (Dashboard) and Total Time Spent (Service Desk) on the ticket.
