Service Desk integration problem reporting

Any problems experienced with the Service Desk integration, result in a warning triangle icon in the top right of the N-sight RMM Dashboard along with the number of errors. clip0347

When related to a check an error also displays for the Service Desk in the Outages tab.

Click on the warning triangle or Service Desk ticket error text to open the PSA Issues dialog that lists the potential causes of the problem and suggests resolutions. The resolutions include links to the relevant section of Service Desk. This dialog supports multi-select in addition to Select All, allowing you to choose then RemoveOperation for those that have failed.


Where the issue is related to a check, details of the Service Desk problem and resolution information along with links to section of the PSA in relation to the issue are also available in the Current Outages tab from the More Information section of the check.
