We no longer test or develop for the Remote Support Viewer and Agent. It is provided as is and is excluded from new N-sight RMM accounts. Over the coming weeks, it will be removed for all existing N-sight RMM accounts.
If you still use this remote support feature, we recommend you use Take Control and Remote Background Management for accessing customer devices.
Where a problem is detected on a device, we realize the best way to investigate it may be to log on to the server or workstation so you can see exactly what is going on. In addition to Take Control (Windows and Mac), integration with existing TeamViewer Installations (Windows Only) and Remote Desktop Connection (Windows only) we have also included Remote Support Viewer and Agent (Windows only).
Designed for attended access for Windows devices, a Remote Support Agent is sent to the user, who can then can share their desktop without logging off and both users can use the computer at the same time.
